Our Mission
Maternal Minds is a community-driven organization dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of Muslim mothers through culturally responsive care. We offer free support group programs and resources that reduce stress and isolation, foster healing and connection, and help mothers thrive. Through advocacy, education, and accessible services, we work to remove barriers and reduce stigma surrounding mental health while strengthening support for Muslim mothers across the Halton Region.
