Mindful Mondays
Join us on the first Monday of each month for Mindful Monday, a restoring journey of balance, well-being, and relaxation amid life's demands. Facilitated by Sehrish Malik, our Mindful Monday Program is uniquely designed for individuals who have previously completed our eight-week program to serve as a vital opportunity for continued community engagement. This post-program support includes ongoing resources for mindfulness practice and opportunities for continued community engagement, creating a holistic approach to sustaining and enhancing mindfulness skills. Our once-a-month refresher aims to reinforce mindfulness skills acquired during the initial program to foster a continued sense of calm and well-being.
Our 1.5 hour schedule includes guided meditation sessions, integration of mindfulness into daily practice, reflections on personal and professional impact, and interactive workshops on advanced techniques for stress reduction. The program prioritizes skill reinforcement, interactive engagement, community support, and guidance. The program emphasizes creating a cohesive and encouraging community where individuals can exchange insights and support each other in their mindfulness journey. The participants will be invited to revisit and reinforce their mindfulness skills. At the same time, we aim to provide our participants with a nurturing space for continued personal growth and practical application in their daily lives.
