New Beginnings: Post-Partum Support Group

Caring for our well-being is crucial, but it can be particularly challenging for new parents, especially mothers who may feel isolated and struggle with transitioning into their parenting role. We are excited to announce our upcoming free eight-week program designed to provide a supportive community for postpartum mothers, focusing on promoting self-care, safe spaces, and mental well-being. Our sessions will connect Muslim mothers with community members while teaching culturally relevant coping mechanisms that help cultivate a strong sense of self and well-being. Throughout the program, our sessions will focus on teaching self-care strategies, allowing new mothers to meet their individual needs while providing a safe space to build stronger bonds within the community.
